Our client, a Midtown based Private Equity Fund is looking for a Business Development and Investor Relations Coordinator for their office. This team is rapidly growing and this professional will be assisting with a variety of business development and investor relations efforts, managing multiple calendars, handling several, potentially competing priorities with flexibility and patience, and collaborating across different groups internally/externally. The ideal candidate will have a "can-do" attitude and utilize previous executive support experience to help streamline existing processes and initiate new high-level projects.

Salary: 95-110k Depending on Experience plus Full Benefits and Bonus Eligible
This position will be in office everyday
Hours: 9-6pm plus some OT when needed
Degree: Highly preferred


Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple calendars; coordinate and book both on and off-site meetings, sometimes across multiple time-zones.
  • Prepare international and domestic travel arrangements/hotel arrangements
  • Prepare marketing materials, coordinate conferences and roadshows
  • Communicate directly with investors to schedule and organize meetings
  • Strategically work alongside partners to help alleviate workload and create new efficiencies
  • Assist with company branding efforts
  • Manage special projects that may arise

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of solid administrative experience preferably out of finance, but not a requirement
  • Must have a professional and polished "can-do" attitude; willing to be a an assertive team player 
  • Handle work with a proactive and efficient mindset, while staying highly organized and paying strong attention to detail 
  • Effective written and communication skills 
  • The ability to organize, prioritize & multi-task, while working under deadlines with proper follow up and time management skills
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with good judgement and discretion
  • Tech-savvy skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and preferably experience with CRM; comfortable with technology-driven initiatives
