TitleClient Advisory Associate
Our client is a SEC Registered Investment Advisor focused on building global, multi-asset class investment portfolios for individuals, families, and non-profit institutions.
The Associate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. This person will be an integral part of the client team managing portfolios for individuals, families and non-profit organizations performing a wide range of reporting and administrative duties on behalf of clients and will include but is not limited to:
• Initiate/oversee all client portfolio activity (including communicating with operations regarding opening and funding accounts, investment additions/withdrawals, transfers, etc.)
• Analyze client balance sheets, cash flows, asset allocation and investment performance.
• Communicate with colleagues, clients, investment managers, family offices, accountants, attorneys and trustees.
• Participate in internal and client meetings. Assist in the preparation and be proactive in the composition of meeting materials.
• Take ownership over your work.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably with 2-4 yrs experience.
• A passion for advising clients and an interest in capital markets.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively, with strong organizational and planning skills. Able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with reporting systems such as Solovis and Tableau a plus.
• Exercise good judgment and ability to maintain confidential information.
• Assertiveness and solid interpersonal skills.
• Experience working both independently and as part of client team.
• Desire to work in a collaborate team-based culture with a strong willingness to participate and help others.
