Our client, a venture capital firm located in San Francisco, is hiring an Executive / Personal Assistant. This is a full time, remote role, supporting one of the partners of the firm with light scheduling support for 2 additional team members. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities of the Executive / Personal Assistant:
-This role will require the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking, project managing, and demonstrating forward thinking.
-Update and maintain calendars for the individual(s) they support, including management of calendar conflicts and calibration.
-Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and video conferences, including logistics and materials.
- Plan, coordinate, and arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, hotels. Research and provide recommendations for restaurants, venues, and local attractions.
-Handling confidential information with discretion and timely expense management.
-Plan, coordinate and ensure schedules are followed and respected.
-Foresee, research, and address potential issues; able to see around corners.
-Special Projects as needed including light personal assistance mainly around travel, appointments, and research for opportunities for the family.

-Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in close collaboration with others to solve practical problems and deliver results.
-Partnering, rapport-building, and relationship management skills.
-Initiative to seek learning opportunities and take on new tasks/responsibilities.
-Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs of individuals they cover, and exercise independent, sound judgment.
-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
-Well versed in domestic travel.
-Ability to be resourceful handling travel logistics, including restaurant and hotel recommendations.
-Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required.
