POSITION: Executive Assistant to HR
LOCATION: New York, NY (HYBRID ROLE 3-4 days in downtown office)
HOURS: 8:30am - 5:30pm
COMPENSATION: $110-140K range DOE + bonus + excellent benefitsBACHELORS DEGREE REQUIRED: Required
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the CHRO
- Complex calendar management for the CHRO and HR VPs (2), meeting coordination, and large meeting preparation/logistics - anticipate meeting requirements and schedule prep and follow-up meetings with appropriate personnel
- Main scheduling liaison between the CHRO and employees, external clients - portfolio company founders, investors and contacts
- Development of onboarding agendas including meeting set-up for new hires
- Support recruitment activities and candidate life-cycle management within our applicant tracking system
- Maintenance of HR team master planning calendar
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to ensure all scheduling, travel, and logistics are well organized and coordinated
- Provide logistical support for staff training sessions and learning workshops
- Plan and execute HR events including offsites, team-building sessions, etc.
- Navigate organizational infrastructure to resolve issues related to IT, Real Estate, Finance, etc.
- Special projects for the CHRO and/or HR VPs as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience supporting a C-Suite Executive
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides & Mail) applications
- Previous experience with expense management
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Highly organized, personable, and intuitive with excellent soft skills
- Ability to function on a high level applying sound judgment and prioritization in a busy environment
- Confidence and poise in communication and interactions on behalf of the CHRO
- Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy
- Prior experience in HR a plus
- Prior experience with an applicant tracking system a plus
