Paralegal
The part-time Corporate Paralegal will support the CAO by assisting with and managing various legal matters across multiple global markets. We are searching for a professional who is energetic, highly organized, detail oriented, skilled in managing multiple priorities, and has experience working with domestic and international corporate legal matters
Job Summary
Job Title: Corporate Paralegal
Job Classification: Part-time
Location: Remote – U.S. based, east coast
Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000/year (3 days per week, 24 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Contracts & Agreements: Review, and manage various legal agreements, including Member and Chair contracts, NDAs, vendor contracts, service agreements across multiple countries.
- Coordination: Work with external counsel in multiple countries to address various legal matters, review contracts, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Data Governance & Privacy: Support legal matters related to data governance, data privacy, ensure adherence to relevant laws, assist with implementation of data policies across company departments.
- Trademark Portfolio: Oversee the management and monitor renewal deadlines of trademark portfolios, renewals, and related legal issues.
- Research: Conduct legal research to support global business operations.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain legal files, and handle communications.
- Compliance: Assist in data governance, privacy, regulatory and compliance matters across different regions and countries.
- Cross Department Support: Liaise with internal stakeholders, across departments to address legal queries and initial review of various contracts
- Corporate Governance: Assist in maintaining corporate legal records, support the formation and management of domestic and international entities, coordinate required annual domestic and international filings to ensure compliance

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certification required
• 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience
• International corporate paralegal experience is highly desirable
