Our client, a consumer products company based in Westchester, NY is seeking a People Operations Manager to support their mid size office. This role will be reporting into the CFO and is a great opportunity for a candidate to get involved in a variety of HR and administrative tasks.

Hours: 9am - 5pm, Hybrid Work Schedule- 3 days a week in the office, 2 WFH
Salary: $80k-$85k on the base, plus bonus eligible + benefits

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operations of the Human Resources Department
- Maintain office supplies and orders supplies as needed
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle and on-boarding activities, including recruitment tracking and reporting
- Utilizes ADP Totalsource PEO platform to set up biweekly payroll and assist in benefits administration
- Manages on-boarding and termination cycles for employees
- Review and maintain employee files in the PEO system
- Posting new positions on the recruiting website, and screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for open positions
- Scheduling interviews and sending rejection letters as needed.
- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Ensure confidentiality with employment records and information.
- Maintain and update employee data, documents, and records.
- Complete HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of previous experience working in human resources
- Experience with ADP Totalsource PEO
- Knowledge of payroll practices and payroll administration
- The ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred
