You will be responsible for managing office operations, vendor relationships, employee engagement activities, and administrative support. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.
- Manage relationships with vendors, building management, and service providers.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and inventory to support a seamless work environment.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team events, and office celebrations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding office-related requests and needs.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and providing office orientation.
- Support leadership with administrative tasks, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies within the office.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to maintain a high-functioning and inclusive workplace.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in office coordination, workplace management, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees and vendors.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and resourceful approach.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and workplace management tools.
