Litania Colon is a Managing Director in the Human Resources & Administrative Services Practice at Glocap, where she has been a dedicated member fo the team since 2011.She specializes in placing top tier talent in roles such as Executive Assistants, Chiefs of Staff, Office Managers, high-level Human Resources professionals, and other key administrative/human resource positions that are essential to the success of an organization. 

Litania brought with her several years of sales experience in the health and fitness industry, where she honed her skills in relationship building, client servicing, and cross-selling resources. Known for her genuine passion for connecting with others, she thrives on placing people in positions where they can succeed and flourish. 

She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Government and Psychology from Wesleyan University. A native New Yorker, Litania enjoys uncovering the history and transformation of neighborhoods.
