Our client, an established venture capital firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their newly appointed Chief Marketing Officer based in New York City. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Compensation: $130-$140K DOE + bonus + benefits
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00 pm
Bachelor’s Degree: Required
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the CMO’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle expense reporting.
- Communication Management: Serve as a liaison between the CMO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft emails, presentations, reports, and other communications as needed.
- Meeting Preparation: Organize materials, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items for internal and external meetings.
- Marketing Team Support: Coordinate logistics for team meetings, offsites, and cross-functional collaboration with other departments and portfolio companies.
- Information Management: Maintain marketing files, CRM records, and contact databases in an organized and accessible manner.
- Special Projects: Support ad hoc initiatives including research, vendor coordination, and portfolio company outreach.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Understanding of brand awareness and marketing environments
