Executive Assistant - Legal Team
Our client, a top PE firm that manages approximately $100 billion in assets across energy, transportation, water, and digital infrastructure sectors is looking for an EA to support a Partneron the legal team! Our legal team plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s global operations, transactions, and compliance initiatives.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support a Partner in the Legal Team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Job Title: Executive Assistant – Legal Team
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
Compensation: $150-165K range DOE + Bonus + robust benefits package

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to a Partner in the Legal Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Prepare and edit confidential legal documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and senior executives.
- Handle expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
- Assist with legal research, document management, and compliance tracking as needed.
- Support ad hoc projects and provide backup administrative support to the broader legal team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7+ years of executive assistant experience, preferably within a law firm, financial services, or corporate legal environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with legal documentation and terminology is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
